10.30 a.m .: Ceremony in Picauville at the Airborne Monument
5.30 p.m. : Ceremony, Picauville, 90th ID Monument (rue Pasteur)
7 p.m. : French-American dinner, Picauville, Salle polyvalente

Saturday, 2nd June
Parachute tandem jump above Ste Mère Eglise all day long.

8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. : Military fair in Sainte Mère Eglise at the Hall market
11.30 a.m. : Ceremony in Angoville au Plain
12:00 : Normandy Day picnic, Sainte Mère Eglise, Church square
4 p.m. / 7.00 p.m. : The Longest Night”: events on the 50th anniversary of the film “The Longest Day”. Meetings with local extras of the shooting of the movie in Ste Mère Eglise and in other places.
8.00 p.m. : “The Longest Day” is projected on a giant open-air screen. Free. Take a seat with you. On the church square in Ste Mère Eglise. (Organisation : CdC and Townhall)
11 p.m. : Fireworks, Sainte Mère Eglise, Church square

Sunday, 3rd June
Parachute tandem jumps for the public above Utah Beach all day long.

10 a.m. : Mass in the Church of Ste Mère Eglise
1.30 p.m. : Parachute drops on the marshlands with around 400 paratroopers and 8 planes.Car park around the site, shuttles for disabled people, Sainte Mère Eglise, La Fière (3 km away from town centre)
4.30 p.m. : Ceremony at the Mémorial of the Paratroopers La Fière (3 km away from town centre)
7 p.m. : Banquet of Freedom, Sainte Mère Eglise, Hall market, organized by AVA. Booking at the tourist office 02.33.21.00.33 or ot@ccsme.fr

Evening : 50th anniversary of the Utah Beach Museum : opening of the museum, ceremony, military music and firework. Landing Museum, Utah Beach.

  1. HI, Is it possible to just buy your program poster? I own a Picture Frame Store, and I had a customer bring one in to frame and i ruined it.IT would help tremendously!
